in the meanwhile: thanks and happy day!
I will be by later to view the video, I just know it's going to be good and I will learn something. I was out of Texture Tuesday for so long it seems I forgot a lot of things and a refresher course would be great !
I've been finding I'm working away in a vacuum with Beyond Layers all by myself. Even though I'd be way behind in skill level and how-to since you have openings in BB, I'm thinking I should consider it -- trouble is now I'd be really, really behind. what to do magoo I ask myself. :)

I am sure I should know this but I am not understanding how to open up a finder window in Photoshop. I use CS5--where can I open up a find window?
I think I might like that method of adding textures rather than opening a bunch because I could see them all at once. Sorry if I am asking an obvious question!
