Fab Freebie Friday Textures are Ready and Waitin’

Happiest Friday!

How was your week?  Can you believe the weekend has arrived already?  Wow!!  How crazy.  I was just talking to my friend Ivy the other day about our mixed emotions on weekends.  I supposed when you are in LOVE with your work… the weekend comes much quicker.  We both said we almost find ourselves disappointed that the weekend has arrived so quickly.  The time just zips right on by when you are having fun!

It kind of reminded me of Seth Godin’s quote ‘Instead of wondering when your next vacation is, maybe you ought to set up a life you don’t need to escape from.’  Isn’t that just the best quote?!!

Anyhow, it’s Friday…and that means it’s time for some Freebie Friday love… 

So let’s get to it!!  First of all, today’s amazing pear image is compliments of my friend, PG.  She sent it to me today… a textured version…. and I fell in love.  Both with her textured version and the raw image itself.  I was so thrilled when she said I could play with it. Check out PG's lovely version HERE.

So I’m sharing PG’s sweet pears with today’s textures.  The above has today’s ‘wet tile’ texture.  This one below is warmed up a little bit with an added layer of last week’s ‘nutmeg’ texture.

And check this one out…  Yep, there’s a bonus texture today my friends… a freebie friday 2for.  And I used the lyrics from Celine Dion’s song ‘Because you Loved Me’ to create the second version called ‘Celine’.

and finally a little photo of my own….I seriously need to get lots of pics taken of the amazing Autumn colors.  I think Fall is by far the most beautiful!  ‘sigh’
