oh my goodness…the sun is so bright this morning! i love it! woo hoo. lots to do, and the sun shine definitely inspires me.
it’s a little wild, and probably not for everyone… but i like it. :) I started with 1/4” birch and added layers of paint, paper, several mediums, ink and stamps.
have a wonderful, sun shiny day!
see you soon…. xoxo kim
i started this deSign with a red basecoat and no idea where i was going from there. but it came together really nicely in the end. check out the cool rusty stars dotting the “i’s” and the jingle bells in each corner. it has a vintage feel to it. this would be fabulous hanging on the door with a big old wreath behind it.
here’s to the spirit of christmas… until tomorrow….. xoxo kim
happy, happy friday! i hope you are well.
i wanted to make a companion for the above painting. but i could not decide on a quote. yesterday i was sending off an email and took note of my signature quote…. and i was like…WOW….it’s been right there in front of me. “nothing is impossible with a willing heart.” ` john heywood
so here you have day 17
have a fabulous friday. see you soon… xoxo kim
oh dear…where does the time go? it’s 5:30 already. i just made a desperate call to the local cafe and ordered pizza. i didn’t even stop for a moment to think about what i was going to feed these growing boys and girl (brett’s adorable girlfriend is joining us)….. so it’s pizza tonight. how bout you? anything inspiring on the menu…you’d like to share? because, of course, i will need to cook tomorrow. sigh….
anyhow, my friends… here is day 16
okay i am off….. until next time…xoxo…kim
