I just put aside a "creative corner" in my living room where I can do my crafty things. In a one bedroom apartment-- the living room serves as tv room, dining room, office and creative space. I would love to do something wonderful with my corner so that it inspires and organizes everything without feeling out of place or cluttered.

It needed, and still needs a lot of work and has lots of quirky angles which I love but can prove difficult to work with at times. I have a small room (former bedroom of my daughter) that I refer to as my reading room. On the outside wall there are 2 bookcases on each side of a large window and a window bench under that window. I love it there--the view, the sounds and the warm feeling it gives me. This is where I go for my morning meditation, prayer and reading. The only problem is that the rest of the room needs help.

The second floor, however, has empty hallways and vast amounts of white space on the walls; all just screaming out for color and warmth and creativity.
