I am: overloaded

I think: almost all the time

I know: too much, yet not enough.

I want: to "make it"

I have: more than i could ever want, but seem to want more.

I dislike: that winter is getting the better of me.

I miss: not worrying about some things.

I fear: not making it.

I feel: like my head is too full.

I hear: the humming of my printer and andy snoring.

I smell: bryce's wings that he made for supper.

I crave: sleep at this moment.

I usually: worry too much.

I search: for more..more knowledge, more achievements, more love, more contentment.

I wonder: if i will always be so blessed to live a creative life.

I regret: many things.

I love: my life, my family, my work, taking pictures, making art.

I care: too much i think (if that's possible).

I am always: thinking.

I worry: lots

I remember: not worrying and worrying more.

I have: the best of so much.

I dance: never.

I sing: sometimes.

I don’t always: make the bed.

I argue: too often.

I write: because it feels good.

I lose: hours in a day and have no idea where they went.

I wish: to SOAR.

I listen: with LOVE (most of the time).

I don't understand: why life can be so complicated some days and so easy others.

I can usually be found: at home, in the studio, at the post office, the grocery store or walking my dog. :)

I am scared: that some of my worries will come true.

I need: to BREATHE.

I forget: how blessed i am...sometimes...  and remember most of the time.

I am happy: to be ME.

happy bench monday.....  yeppers...  my fabulous flickr friends have such awesome celebrations!!  and bench monday is a wonderful weekly event.  irene just loves to get in on the fun....  today she thought we should have a little sit on the front porch swing... ummmm, BRRRRRR. :)

my very first photo shoot...

today was such a fabulous day... a true gift. 

my hair stylist, sarah,  asked me to take some pics of this lovely model. 

she did her hair and makeup...  and put together some fabulous vintage outfits.....then we braved the cold.  it was a BLAST...

i don't have a photography blog space...  i hope you don't mind if i share these here...  it was such a gift to be able to do this.  i loved it!  and i'm dying to do it again... :)

hi all..... just popping in to share kim's latest ePattern.... the first in the weekly eDition pattern club... 

she was taking pics this morning and i just had to get in on the shoot....  i think i look pretty darn good for 8a.m.  :)

anyhow, she insisted on a pic of the sign by itself...outdoors...  too chilly for me....i'm afraid.... so early in the morning and all....

inspired by "bloom"

this morning i popped over to a new to me, and completely fabulous blog....  and i was inspired.....

camilla has captured the beauty in something not so beautiful...  the dullness of winter.. the winter blahs.... and she has shared it oh so perfectly on her lovely site "bloom".....

it made me think....it's so easy to find beauty when there is frost on the branches or water droplets on the leaves... or flowers blooming...but to find beauty on a dull winter day, when the sun is hiding and everything around looks a little grungy... wow, that's a gift... a gift we can all give ourselves... there truly is beauty all around.

so after reading camilla's posting... actually today's and yesterdays, i headed out to my yard with my camera... and thought, surely, there must be something worth capturing...

and i think there was...  nature's beauty was there...i just needed to look a little harder...

take your camera out... go looking....  i bet it's there too!
