i was so excited to flip thru this new issue.
just the feel of the pages alone is enough for me.
honestly, so fabulous.
i found a ton of goodness....and wanted to share just a few highlights.

i shared with you last week about my lovely surprise in the mail.
a prayer shawl from my sweet friend gail....
i just had to take a few pics of it .... along with the lovely note gail sent.
and what better place to photograph it then the front porch swing.
thank you again and again....gail.
i will truly cherish this gift...forever.

i had submitted this image for another feature. :) so yes, they had my approval...
and of course i'd be happy to have any of my images featured in the stampington magazines. 'sigh'

I have to admit, when I saw your name in that edition, I was so excited! I showed it to my husband and told him that you had been in the Flying Lessons class. It is so fun to "know" some the artist that are being featured in the Somerset Studios mags. I love, love, love everything they put out, even stuff I have no intention of ever doing (like knitting!) because the photos are beautiful and the bios just encourage the heck out of me! I can't begin to imagine how excited (and proud) you must be. Revel in it....
