9-9-9...i just about missed it- give away
happy 09-09-09
if it weren't for sharing my debit card with my son today, i would not have needed to write a ck at the drugstore, which would have meant, i may have completely missed 9-9-9. when the clerk told me the date, it spoke to me... and in that moment i thought "something is special about today." is there magic in the air? i'm not sure.
i have to say i had the most random, up, down kind of day today. the beginning and end of the day was fabulous, but the middle was a little shakey.
i finally received the news i needed to hear. it's a long businessy kind of story. but it has a happy "ending".
today was the beginning of my online workshop. which started with network connection issues, several phone calls with tech support and a connection that just isn't sure what it wants to do. but thankfully the videos were uploaded pre-connection troubles. :)
the upside of the morning was seeing bryce off to grade 12. i had to hide in the garage doorway to snap a few pics of him getting in his old car. i didn't dare stand out on the lawn in my pjs while the school buses drove by taking his pic. could you imagine? haha.... that would be a therapy session in itself.
anyhow, about that giveaway.
if you haven't painted, or you are just starting out... my new custom willow sign workshop, might be a great place for you to begin. it's not too late to join the class. actually it's never too late.
i do however have some great surprises for my new students. a thank you gift for joining me on this new journey.
be sure to check out the FAQ page for further info about this online workshop.
i am also working on the second workshop. it's a little more advanced. but nothing too difficult. stay tuned.
today i feel full of anticipation and possibility. i'm so excited each and every day to see what is going to happen next. life is really good!
to celebrate "9-9-9" i am offering a free space in the custom sign workshop. simply leave a comment here and i will pick a winner on friday.
andy is waiting for his walk....must go.
bye for now, Kim
p.s. if you have already signed up for the class please feel free to enter the draw....if you win.... i will refund your money. :)

it kinda hit me this morning ... why don't i take kim's class? i'm always bugging you about 'how do you do that?', etc, etc ... so i don't have to be included in the contest ... i'll just join up! do i need supplies? am i blonde? (don't answer that ... you know the answer!)
i so wish you would have gone onto the street in your pj's ... you know that brycee would have just grinned that sweet grin and shook his head ... we are such lucky moms ...
