back to school kindness project

hi there

i posted a few weeks ago about
i was so moved by her blog i just had to share.
i googled acts of kindness and found some wonderful info on kindness movements
across the world.
it’s all very exciting!

anyhow, i just had to do something.
so i came up with an idea to share some back to school kindness.
school starts in our area on the 9th of sept. so today, was day 1 of my little kindness project. secret agent l’s mission.

 

i put together a school supply care package, wrote a note (inside the note card i added “kindness like a boomerang, always returns……if you really can’t use this, please share it with someone who could”),

i put it in a gift bag, jumped in the car for an appointment, with my bag in hand.

after the appointment we hit the mall. we sat in our vehicle and scoped out the parking lot. a young girl pulled up in an older vehicle. she looked like a university or maybe high school student. she went into the mall. i put the bag on her car and went into the mall for a few minutes.

i left bryce on the look out while i did my errands.
but sadly she didn’t come back out before we had to leave.
so it’s a mystery. but i’m quite certain that little bundle will touch someone, in some way.
and that makes me smile.

what an incredibly kind and beautiful thing you did today ... i am sorry you didn't get a chance to see her face ~ if it was me, i would probably weep uncontrollably that someone could be so nice ...
