Studio Clean Up

Hi all! I thought I would share a few pics of my freshly cleaned and organized studio. I love looking at people's creative spaces...so I thought you may enjoy peeking at mine.

Office area in one corner. Larger armoire holds fabric, and assortment of this and thats. Suitcases hold my gift wrap....

Just another angle of my office area....stacking boxes beside the armoire were made by Tricoastal from my artwork. They are stuffed with homespun.

Office area, printers, my paper etc down below.

Some of my originals on the wall. And part of my island that my husband built for me. We had a stainless steel top made for it. LOVE IT! Underneath is full shelving that I use to store paints, stain, shop towels, tons of supplies.... It measures about 8 ft by 4 ft.

The window looks out into our yard. (nice morning sun) Shutters keep the sun out when it's super hot!

and more of my island..... The small cart is on castors and I move it to where I need it... holds a lot of stuff (just remembered I haven't reorganized it)....darn...gotta get to that. :)

oh and more... haha...

This door goes to the back yard. There is a large closet opposite the chair ...full to the brim with supplies. I have a laptop sitting here so it's handy as I work.

Lots of paint...and more paint.... filing cabinet and bulletin board. I just had to have the cool track lights....but they don't give off the greatest light. The ott lamp really helps with that.

Shelves made from old stacked benches that I had collected....works awesome! Lots of painting supplies, stationary, magazines, etc.

Just put up this plastic shelf. It holds my my prints and books. I would like to make a curtain for it.... It holds a ton of stuff and it is super strong. I purchased a bunch of them at Home Depot... they aren't pretty, or prim...but very functional. The window above the bench shelf looks into our kitchen.
